Returns

We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Simply contact us within 14 days of delivery and make sure to ship items within 30 days of delivery. We do not accept order cancellations.

Because of the nature of these items, unless proven damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Perishable products (containing organic materials; flower petals, sugar scrubs, etc.)

• Intimate/lingerie items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of Return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
